Chicken fried with cashewnut powder, with enhanced flavor and retained juices

There is ideal marination time of 2-3 hours. This can be done for 15-30 minutes as well. The longer the better.

1 Step

Take 15/16 pieces of Chicken and apply lime juice

2 Step

Apply paste of Ginger Garlic, Chilli powder, Salt Keep aside for 2-3 hours

3 Step

Make a mixture of White flour (Maida), cashewnut powder and one Egg

4 Step

Dip the chicken pieces in the mixture and deep fry in oil on slow gas until the chicken is tender and golden brown

Conclusion

It usually takes 3-6 minutes on medium flame for the chicken to cook perfectly, not too hard and still juicy and tender.
