Thick and Creamy Sweet Corn Chicken Soup is an Indo-Chinese Soup that takes just 20 minutes to make from scratch.
This soup is highly beneficial for your heart. Sweet corn soup has omega 3 fatty acids which helps in reducing the risk of heart-related issues. It also has natural oil which has a good fatty acid combination.

1 Step

Take big pieces of boiled chicken. Boil in 6 cups of water.

2 Step

Add to chicken onions, ginger garlic and cook until the chicken is tender

3 Step

Filter the water and seperate the chicken from the chicken stock. Cut chicken into strips.

4 Step

Take a thick pan on the gas which is on medium flame. Add sweet corn.Saute for a minute

5 Step

Add 4-5 cups of chicken stock. Add soya sauce, salt, vinegar, monosodium gultamate and blended cornflour

6 Step

Once the soup starts boiling add beaten egg and stir continiously so that the egg turns into thin strips in the soup.

7 Step

While serving sprinkle greens of spring onions and serve hot.
