1 Step

Wash the Chickenwell and prick it with fork all over This is done for the masala to penetrate well into the chicken pieces

2 Step

Mix vinegar, salt, Ginger garlic paste, chilli sauce and tandoori paste together

3 Step

Apply the paste to the chicken pieces. Keep the chicken aside overnight or for 5-6 hours.

4 Step

Bake in moderate (200 degrees Celsius) hot over till tender , which can take about an hour.

5 Step

Apply oil or butter to the chicken in between so that it does not dry out.
