In Indian cuisine, Ghar Ki Dal is a dal fry that is quite popular. It’s a high-protein dish with added nutrients from the benefits of dal (lentils). Dal Tadka or Ghar Ki Dal Recipe can be served with rice or roti, and a squeeze of lemon can be added for added flavor. Every day, most Indian households create dal recipes with subtle variations in the components used. The simplicity and speed with which this food is prepared is, however, a commonality. With dal fries, rotis/ chapatis are a great complement. To make a restaurant-style Ghar Ki Dal, garnish with coriander leaves and a little chunk of butter to bring out the flavor of the dal fry.
